аааа Title or Subject: 11-69 Outpatient Rehabilitation: Fee schedule and Coverage Table Updates.

аааа Effective Date: January 1, 2012.

аааа Description: Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2012, the health care authority intends to:

Х Update the outpatient rehabilitation fee schedule using the year 2011 current procedural terminology (CPT) and healthcare common procedural coding system (HCPCS) level II code additions and deletions as discussed in this memo; and

Х Update the coverage table in the current Outpatient Rehabilitation Billing Instructions.
