аааа Title or Subject: 11-72 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC): 2012 Fee Schedule and Policy Updates.

аааа Effective Date: January 1, 2012.

аааа Description: Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2012, unless otherwise specified, the medicaid program of the health care authority intends to:

Х Add year 2012 current procedural terminology (CPTж) codes and year 2012 health care common procedural coding system (HCPCS) codes to the ASC Fee Schedule;

Х Delete selected HCPCS codes;

Х Update the ASC Fee Schedule with new authorization codes; and

Х Begin a pilot project for ASC payment.
