The board of regents of Washington State University will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, December 13, beginning at 1:15 p.m. The regents will join the meeting via telephone. The purpose of the meeting is to take action on the proposed sale of the Jensen-Byrd Building in Spokane.

     The meeting will be held in the French Administration Building, Room 422 on the WSU Pullman campus.

     This notice is being sent by the direction of the chair of the board of regents pursuant to the requirements of the Open [Public] Meeting[s] Act of 1971 (chapter 250, Laws of 1971 1st ex. sess.), as amended.
