     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

     Document Title: Public Notice.

     Subject: State plan amendments (SPA).

     Effective Date: March 1, 2012.

     Document Description: The state is submitting medicaid SPA 12-005. Effective March 1, 2012, SPA 12-005 eliminates the rate add-on for DSHS contracted assisted living facilities with a medicaid occupancy percentage of sixty percent or greater.
