Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

     Purpose: Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency added the Irondale/Port Hadlock urban growth area (UGA) to our Rule 6.2.3. Stating the name of the UGA in rule clarifies the language in WAC 173-425-040(2).
