In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services (DSHS).

Subject: SPA 12-014.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012.
Document Description: The ADSA of DSHS is submitting a state plan amendment to reduce by two percent all seventeen levels of medicaid payment rates to licensed boarding homes with contracts to provide assisted living, adult residential care, and enhanced adult residential care services.
