On February 28, 2012, the Governor's Office received an Administrative Rule Appeal from Mr. David A. Bricklin on behalf of Protect Puget Sound and Case Inlet Shoreline Association (Petitioners) regarding the Department of Ecology's denial of a petition amending to Chapter 173-26 WAC. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on April 9, 2012.
