     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #12-59.

     Subject: Respiratory Care Medicaid Provider Guide (MPG).

     Effective Date: August 1, 2012.

     Effective for dates of service on and after August 1, 2012, the medicaid program of the HCA is publishing a revised MPG. The guide's revisions are reflections of changes in chapter 182-552 WAC, Respiratory Care, also effective August 1, 2012. The MPG has been totally revised to incorporate WAC amendments, update and clarify various sections, and reorganize the publication for greater ease and understanding by users.
