     Pursuant to RCW 42.56.580, the public records officer for the office of financial management (OFM) is now Aimee Simon, P.O. Box 43113, Olympia, WA 98504-31113 [98504-3113], phone (360) 902-0572, fax (360) 664-2832, publicdisclosure@ofm.wa.gov.

     We also request a change in the information displayed in the public records officers' list regarding the sentencing guidelines commission (SGC). The SGC is no longer an independent agency and should be removed from the list. Pursuant to chapter 40, Laws of 2011 1st sp. sess., the SGC was transferred to OFM as an advisory agency, effective August 21, 2011. As a result, public disclosure functions for SGC were also transferred to OFM.
