] The board of directors approved the following regular
meeting dates for fiscal 2013 at the October 30, 2012, board
meeting:

December 17, 2013 (tentative year-end meeting at discretion of board of directors) |
The board agreed to a bimonthly regular board meeting
schedule for 2013. Meetings are scheduled to commence at 2:00
p.m. The meetings were moved from the third Tuesday to the
fourth Tuesday of the month to better accommodate data
reporting timetables for staff reports. Meeting location will be Washington State Convention
Center, 800 Convention Place, Seattle, WA. Room numbers yet
to be determined, and dependent on event activity.
