In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Subject: Maximum allowable cost update.

     Effective for dates of services on and after December 1, 2012 (unless otherwise noted) HCA will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program:

     1. New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list;

     2. MAC adjustments;

     3. MAC deletions.
