] On July 9, 2012, the office of superintendent of public
instruction (OSPI) filed a CR-105 that was published in the
Washington State Register as WSR 12-15-008. Under the
expedited rule-making process, members of the public had until
October 31, 2012, to file an objection to OSPI proceeding with
making these technical changes without a hearing. We received
an objection to the use of the expedited rule-making process
on October 31, 2012. We are requesting that the CR-105 published in WSR
12-15-008 be withdrawn. We will include the proposed
technical changes and other proposed changes to chapter 392-172A WAC in a new CR-101. If you have any questions,
