INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health
care authority (HCA).

Subject: Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) fee schedule with the following updates.
Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA will revise the ASC fee schedule with the following updates:
Conclude the ASC pilot project;
Return the pilot project codes to the appropriate payment groups;
Add and delete selected dental codes.
