Commercial Low-Level Radioactive Waste Site Use Permit Fees
In accordance with RCW 43.200.907, 70.98.085, and WAC 173-326-050, commercial low-level radioactive waste disposal
site use permits, the department of health is providing notice
of the site use permit fees for the period of March 1, 2013,
through February 28, 2014. The annual base fee, 1x, remains
at $424. Site use permit fees for each category are as
follows:
