     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #12-112.

     Subject: Access to baby and child dentistry medicaid provider guide.

     Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA is publishing a revised Access to Baby and Child Dentistry Medicaid Provider Guide. The guide's revisions reflect recent coverage changes.

     The specific changes to the guide are as follows:


• Discontinued procedure code s D1203.
• Added procedure code D1208.
• Added procedure code D2929.
