Subject of Possible Rule Making: Communications equipment (specialty producers) rules.

     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 48.02.060 and 48.120.025.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: In 2011 revisions were made to chapter 48.120 RCW which made many provisions in chapter 284-17A WAC obsolete. The commissioner will consider revisions to chapter 284-17A WAC to eliminate obsolete sections.
