     Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

     Purpose: To ensure accuracy and update child care rates. The current statewide rate structure (infant, toddler, preschool, and school age) is now under department of early learning collective bargaining agreement between the state of Washington and Service Employees International Union 925.

     Citation of Existing Rules Affected by this Order: Amending WAC 388-165-180 and 388-165-185.

     Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 74.12.340, 74.04.050, 74.04.055, and 74.08.090.
