Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Washington State University's (WSU) semi-annual agenda for Washington Administrative Code (WAC) rules under development for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2013. Additional rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.

1. Chapter 504-45 WAC, Public records, rule-making amendments to the public records rules for WSU. Anticipate filing CR-102 in July 2013.

2. Chapter 504-37 WAC, Health and safety regulations for WSU Vancouver, new rules regarding health and safety regulations for WSU Vancouver. WSU Vancouver seeks to expand the tobacco-free area mandated by the Washington Clean Indoor Act to include all campus grounds and state-owned vehicles and equipment.  Anticipate filing CR-102 in July 2013.

3. WAC 504-45-010 Practice and procedure—Matters subject to brief adjudication, updates to cross-references in WAC 504-04-010 to reflect the addition of references to WAC sections that did not exist at the time this section was revised and the removal of references to WAC sections that no longer exist. Anticipate filing CR-103 in July 2013.
