NOTICE OF APPEAL

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:

On May 14, 2013, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Mr. Robert M. Tull, attorney for Galaxy Gaming, Inc., relating to the Washington State Gambling Commission's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 230-15-040. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on June 27, 2013.
