In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-51.

Subject: Family Planning Medicaid Provider Guide (MPG).

Effective for dates of service on and after September 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA is publishing a revised Family Planning MPG and a new sterilization supplemental MPG. The guide's revisions reflect recent changes to chapter 182-532 WAC, Reproductive health/family planning only/TAKE CHARGE, and WAC 182-531-1550 Sterilization physician-related services.
