Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 13-26 Dental Services.

Effective Date: January 1, 2014.

Description: The health care authority intends to submit medicaid SPA 13-26 to restore comprehensive dental services as a medicaid benefit in accordance with Washington's 2013 - 2015 biennial budget as approved in ESSB [3ESSB] 5034. Restored services will include dentures and restorative and preventive services for all adult clients.

The anticipated increase in annual aggregate expenditures for fiscal year 2014 is $20,613,000.
