Description: The health care authority (HCA) is implementing a legislatively mandated rate increase for certain services billed by independent advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs). The temporary rate increase is effective July 1, 2013, through December 31, 2014, and applies to the following services covered by HCA for eligible medicaid clients:
