In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-58.

Subject: Family planning fee schedule.

Retroactively effective for dates of service on and after September 1, 2013, the medicaid program of HCA has updated the family planning fee schedule to coincide with recent changes to the Family Planning Medicaid Provider Guide and chapter 182-532 WAC. (See Provider Notice 13-51 and WSR 13-16-008 for more details.)
