2013 Petitions for Rule Making

The following information is being sent in order to implement RCW 1.08.112 [(1)](g) and WAC 1-21-180. The Washington state department of agriculture received two petitions for rule making during the third quarter of 2013, which covers Washington State Registers 13-13 through 13-18.
