AGENDA

Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Eastern Washington University's semi-annual agenda for Washington Administrative Code (WAC) rules under development for January through June 2014. Additional rule-making activity, not on the agenda, may occur as conditions warrant.

1. Rule making for a revision to chapter 172-09 WAC, Administration of duties and obligations required by Initiative 276 — Academic transcripts of Eastern Washington State College students, is anticipated to begin during the first half of 2014.

2. Rule making for a revision to chapter 172-64 WAC, Alcohol policy at Eastern Washington University, is anticipated to begin during the first half of 2014.

3. Rule making for a revision to chapter 172-65 WAC, Use of alcoholic beverages by students twenty-one years and older in residence halls and other student housing at Eastern Washington University, is anticipated to begin during the first half of 2014.

4. Rule making for adoption of a WAC chapter on student academic integrity is anticipated to begin during the first half of 2014.
