In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-108.

Subject: Prescription Drug Medicaid Provider Guide.

Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2014, the medicaid program of HCA will require pharmacies to dispense oral, transdermal, and intravaginal contraceptives as a one-time prescription of a twelve month supply (thirteen cycles).
