In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-109.

Subject: Prescription Drug Medicaid Provider Guide.

Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2014, the medicaid program of HCA will pay for hemophilia and von Willebrand-related products for all eligible medicaid clients, including clients enrolled in the agency's contracted managed care organization.
