Title: Management Update, Interpreter (Oral) and Translation (Written) Services for Workers.
Date Issued: December 20, 2013.
Description: This management is amended to add clarification and to reflect current practice related to language access services for state fund and self-insured workers. This management update replaces the August 13, 2007, version.

Title: Management Update, PPD Overpayments, dated September 2, 2005.
Date Repealed: January 10, 2014.
Description: The management update, PPD Overpayments, dated September 2, 2005, is deleted. On September 2, 2005, the process to convert permanent partial disability (PPD) to time-loss benefits was eliminated. This management update was issued to advise staff of management's decision to issue a PPD overpayment order when a closing order paying PPD benefits is reversed and the claim remains open. This information from the September 2, 2005, management update has now been incorporated and was published on January 10, 2014, in amended Policy 2.81, Overpayments and Waiver Requests.

Title: Policy 2.81, Overpayments and Waiver Requests.

Description: This policy applies whenever an overpayment of benefits occurs for the worker and any recipient receiving benefits on a state fund or self-insured claim. This policy is updated to add additional clarification and to reflect current practice for state fund and self-insured claims.
