•        Increase the tuberculosis (TB) age requirement to twenty months, as long as the cattle are coming from a TB free state.
•        Eliminate the certificate of veterinary inspection (health certificate) exemption on horses, goats, sheep, llamas, and alpacas that are entering Washington state for round trip visits of not more than four days.
•        Require dogs six months of age or older to be tested negative for heartworm prior to entry into Washington state.
