In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.

Subject: Change to COPES waiver.

Effective Date: July 1, 2014.

Document Description: HCS, a division of aging and long-term support administration, intends to submit a waiver amendment request with the federal Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services for the COPES waiver (WA# 0049). The contract with the managed care organization currently providing services under the Washington medicaid integration partnership (WMIP) in Snohomish County ends June 30, 2014. COPES and medicaid personal care participants enrolled in WMIP will transition back to the traditional long-term care fee-for-service system for receipt of their services.
