Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapters 11.110, 19.09, and 43.07 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Minor changes in the law, and streamlining.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: The attorney general's office is participating in the formulation of these rules.

Process for Developing New Rule: Negotiated rule making.
