Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 14-0019 Remove References to Adult Day Health

Effective Date: January 1, 2014.

Description: The health care authority intends to submit SPA 14-0019 to remove outdated references to the adult day health program. This program terminated on December 31, 2009; therefore this SPA [is] simply a "housekeeping" action – no programs or payments are affected.
