Document Title: Provider Notice #14-19.

Subject: Physician-Related Services Medicaid Provider Guide.

Effective for claims with dates of service July 1, 2013, through December 31, 2014, the medicaid program of the health care authority will increase reimbursement rates for evaluation and management services and vaccine administration provided by eligible independent advanced registered nurse practitioners to eligible Washington state medicaid clients. The rate increase is authorized by the Washington state legislature.
