Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 9.46.070, 9.46.0282.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Staff is reviewing rules related to video surveillance requirements for card rooms.
