Subject of Possible Rule Making: Parking special exemptions.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.50.140(13).

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This change is being made to be in compliance with our current practices. We do not give out parking permits, but we do extend free parking for the individual on the day(s) requested.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
