Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: The department is repealing WAC 388-106-0745 through 388-106-0765, specifically the Washington medicaid integration partnership (WMIP).

Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: The department is repealing WAC 388-106-0745 through 388-106-0765, specifically the WMIP section, as this Snohomish County program will be ending on June 30, 2014. The health care authority (HCA) holds the contract with the Managed Care Organization that implements WMIP services in Snohomish County. The contract, and therefore the program, will expire on June 30, 2014. The aging and long-term support administration is coordinating with the HCA regarding the termination of this program.
