Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 14-0036.
Effective Date: October 1, 2014.
Description: The health care authority intends to submit medicaid SPA 14-0036 to update the effective date of the dental services fee schedule. This is an update that implements budget-related decisions from the legislature. This update will not result in an increase of federal expenditures.
