Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 308-104-019 Renewal of driver's license or identicard by electronic commerce—Eligibility.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.01.110, 46.20.120.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department proposes to amend WAC 308-104-019 to permit holders of enhanced driver's license or identicards to renew by electronic commerce.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.
