Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: WAC 388-148-0455 was replaced by WAC 388-145-1760 when children's administration division of licensed resources revised all of their WAC in January 2015. Therefore, WAC 388-148-0455 needs to be repealed to eliminate duplication.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: Repeal of WAC 388-148-0455 will eliminate duplication with WAC 388-145-1760.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 74.15.030.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
