WSR 15-06-013 PERMANENT RULES DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (Board of Physical Therapy) [Filed February 23, 2015, 9:14 a.m., effective March 26, 2015] Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.
Purpose: WAC 246-915-995, the board of physical therapy (board) is repealing this rule because it is no longer needed. RCW 18.74.038 required the board to establish rules that waive the examination requirement and issue a license to a person who meets the commonly accepted standard for practicing as a physical therapist assistant from July 1, 2008, through July 1, 2009.
