Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) TN# 15-0025 FQHC Services.

Effective Date: July 1, 2015.

Description: The health care authority intends to submit medicaid SPA 15-0025 in order to update information regarding services provided in federally qualified health centers (FQHC). These updates include, but may not be not limited to, clarifying service limitations, describing "other ambulatory services," and describing FQHC provider types and their qualifications.

This SPA will update the medicaid state plan so it reflects current practice and policy; no program changes are anticipated. This SPA is anticipated to have no effect on annual aggregate expenditures.

The SPA is in the development process; therefore a copy is not yet available for review.
