Title or Subject: Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) TN# 15-0026 RHC Services.

Effective Date: July 1, 2015.

Description: The health care authority intends to submit medicaid SPA 15-0026 in order to update information regarding services provided in rural health centers (RHC). These updates include, but may not be limited to, clarifying service limitations, describing "other ambulatory services," and describing RHC provider types and their qualifications.

This SPA will update the medicaid state plan so it reflects current practice and policy; no program changes are anticipated. This SPA is anticipated to have no effect on annual aggregate expenditures.

The SPA is in the development process; therefore a copy is not yet available for review.
