WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULES

On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at 9:24 a.m., the state superintendent of public instruction filed proposed rule-making form CR-102, WSR 16-03-077, concerning proposed rule-making for WAC 392-140-915, 392-140-916, 392-140-923, 392-140-932, 392-140-934, 392-140-937, 392-140-939, 392-140-942, and 392-140-945.

At this time we are withdrawing the proposed rule-making language and cancelling the public hearing scheduled for March 2, 2016. Program staff identified additional language changes and will file a new proposed rule making (CR-102) notice in the near future.
