Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 308-100 WAC, Commercial driver's license (CDL) examination fees and third-party testing fee.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Recent legislation has changed the amount charged for CDL examinations. Existing rules need to be updated to conform to the statute.
