Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: The fish and wildlife commission will hold a public hearing at the August 5-6 commission meeting for proposed amendments [to] WAC 220-310-195 regarding sportfishing rules for Lake Roosevelt and tributaries. The agency is continuing the proposed date of intended adoption and the deadline for written comments for WAC 220-310-195 only.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
