Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: WAC 181-82A-202 contains endorsements in basic education issued by the professional educator standards board (PESB). HB [SHB] 1813 (2015 session) required PESB to add a computer science endorsement. The endorsement competencies are complete and the endorsement can be issued.
NOTICE
THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE.
