WSR 16-16-063 WITHDRAWAL OFPREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH [Filed July 28, 2016, 9:03 a.m.] The department of health (department) is withdrawing the CR-101 for WAC 246-919-601, which was filed March 11, 2015, and published in WSR 15-07-033.
The department would like to withdraw this CR-101 as the medical quality assurance commission has decided to take a different approach to revise the existing rule. The petitioner has been notified of the withdrawal.
