WSR 16-16-092 WITHDRAWAL OFPREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY OFFICE OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONER [Filed July 29, 2016, 4:25 p.m.] I am withdrawing the CR-101 preproposal statement of intent for R 2016-13, Special enrollment rules: Health benefit exchange request, published by the code reviser in WSR 16-11-063. This is being done because some issuers asked the office of insurance commissioner to expand the scope of the rule making to give issuers the right to make the same change proposed in R 2016-03. As a result our office is filing a new CR-101 preproposal statement of intent entitled, Special enrollment rules: Expanded health benefit exchange request.
