WSR 16-16-100 NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission) [Filed August 1, 2016, 5:19 p.m.] In accordance with the Open Public Meeting[s] Act (chapter 42.30 RCW) and the Administrative Procedures [Procedure] Act (chapter 34.05 RCW), the department of health, pharmacy quality assurance commission is filing notice to report corrections to the August 18, 2016, and September 29, 2016, regular business meeting locations. The pharmacy quality assurance commission meetings are open to the public and access for persons with disabilities may be arranged with advance notice; please contact the staff person below for more information.

Every effort is made to ensure that the agenda is up-to-date; however, the pharmacy quality assurance commission reserves the right to change or amend agendas at the meeting.
