WSR 16-19-027 WITHDRAWAL OFPREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY OFFICE OF INSURANCE COMMISSIONER [Filed September 13, 2016, 12:00 p.m.] I am withdrawing the CR-101 preproposal statement of intent for R 2016-09, implementing RCW 48.43.016 published by the code reviser in WSR 16-10-052. This is being done because we have determined that rules are not needed to implement the legislation.
